For the Tray Bake:


  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or 180°C (350°F) for a fan-assisted oven.
  • Prepare the Vegetables:
  • Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are evenly sized to ensure even cooking.
  • Season the Vegetables:
