Spicy Chorizo and Butterbean Feta Salad

Spicy Chorizo and ButterBean Salad Loveliness with

Coriander Lime & Garlic Fresh Herb Sea Salt!

This salad is not only healthy and filling, but it's also bursting with flavour thanks to the combination of savory chorizo, creamy feta cheese, and the tangy dressing with the added zest of Coriander Lime and Garlic Fresh Herb Sea Salt Seasoning.
Here's what you'll need:
150g chorizo, sliced ~400g can of butterbeans, drained and rinsed ~ 150g cherry tomatoes, halved ~ 50g feta cheese, crumbled ~ 1 tbsp fennel seeds, toasted ~ 100g rocket or watercress ~ 2 tbsp olive oil ~ a good drizzle of balsamic vinegar ~1/2 tsp The Fresh Herb Salt Company Coriander Lime & Garlic Fresh Herb Sea Salt seasoning. 
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced chorizo.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned and crispy and it is oozing its natural oils.
Remove from the heat and set aside pouring off its oils into a separate dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and rinsed butterbeans, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and toasted fennel seeds.
Add the cooked chorizo to the mixing bowl and stir everything together.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the saved Chorizo oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Coriander Lime and Garlic fresh herb sea salt seasoning until well combined
Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Add the rocket or watercress to the mixing bowl and give  everything a final toss to combine.
